These conditions of sale are intended, first, to inform any potential consumer on the terms and conditions under which the seller ("APRIL") proceeds to the sale of products and, secondly, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by AVRIL to the consumer ("the buyer"). They apply, without restrictions or reservations, to all sales, products offered by AVRIL. The fact, for any non-commercial individual to order a product presented on the site www.avrilchausseur.com, entails the total acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The buyer acknowledges having read the conditions, prior to his order. APRIL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale. Sales prices are expressed in euros and all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. They include the VAT of 20% to date and any change of this rate can be immediately passed on our prices. Sales prices are modifiable and updated regularly on the site. In the event that only part of the order is unavailable, we will deliver the available items and refund the unavailable items.

We only send you the goods after receipt, verification and receipt of payment.

6- Delivery:

The goods are transported at the risk and peril of the buyer, our liability can not be incurred after delivery of the package to the carrier. Home delivery is by Colissimo de la poste. The delay is approximately 48h up to 5 days except Sunday and holidays but we remain dependent on the post office and our responsibility can not be engaged in case of delay.


Relay point delivery is by Relais Pickup (LA POSTE group).

The Pickup shuttle is provided by chronopost guaranteeing a follow-up and a speed of relay relay delivery.

Delivery is free beyond 55 € of items, excluding items in sales and promotions (a participation per pair is required for delivery and return is your responsibility).

The return is free for items over € 99 excluding items on sale or promotions and limited to one time only by relay.

In-Store Withdrawal: Present ID at the store to pick up your package within 5 days of placing your order. After this period, the order is canceled and refunded. 7- return and refund:

If the item does not match your expectations, you have 14 DAYS to return it to us.


Before returning, you must ask us for a return number specifying the order number, date and invoice number and if you want an exchange or a refund by writing to contact@avrilchausseur.com.

You will then receive the return number and return details.

Any one-way delivery charges are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility outside delivery and return free relay (limited to one shipping). For delivery in metropolitan FRANCE, you have the possibility to ask us for a label colissimo return to print (the latter will be charged 9.50 €) or to return the articles by your own care in colissimo or worldwide relay.

For deliveries in France, you want to exchange for another size in the same model, upon receipt of the return we ship the new pair. The port for the return to the store of your article is at your expense but the shipping of the new article (except for the articles in sales or promotions) is offered to you in relay Pickup within the limit of an exchange. For a return shipping colissimo, a participation of 5 € will be required. If the requested size is no longer available, we proceed to the refund.

For a forwarding for exchange by another article or another item on sale or promotion, a participation of 5 € per Pickup relay and 6 € per colissimo will be charged.
