These conditions of sale are intended, first, to inform any potential consumer on the terms and conditions under which the seller ("APRIL") proceeds to the sale of products and, secondly, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by AVRIL to the consumer ("the buyer"). They apply, without restrictions or reservations, to all sales, products offered by AVRIL. The fact, for any non-commercial individual to order a product presented on the site www.avrilchausseur.com, entails the total acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The buyer acknowledges having read the conditions, prior to his order. APRIL reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale. 3 - prices, description and availability:
Sales prices are expressed in euros and all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. They include the VAT of 20% to date and any change of this rate can be immediately passed on our prices. Sales prices are modifiable and updated regularly on the site. In the event that only part of the order is unavailable, we will deliver the available items and refund the unavailable items.
We only send you the goods after receipt, verification and receipt of payment.

7- return and refund:
If the item does not match your expectations, you have 14 DAYS to return it to us.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN REQUEST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Before returning, you must ask us for a return number specifying the order number, date and invoice number and if you want an exchange or a refund by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
